Questions, answered.

Local SEO and the top three are our main focus. Get clear answers about the goal, our process, realistic timelines, reporting, access, and the other ways we can support your growth.

What is your main service?

Our main offer is Local Search Engine Optimization focused on helping Hill Country businesses move toward the top three Google Maps results. We connect Google Business Profile optimization, website improvements, reviews, accurate business information, local authority, and lead-focused reporting into one practical plan.

What does “top three” mean?

The top three are the first three local business results shown in the Google Maps section for a relevant search. These are some of the most visible positions when a nearby customer is ready to call, visit, or book. Rankings can change by keyword, searcher location, device, and competition, so we measure visibility across the areas that matter to your business.

How do you improve my local rankings?

We begin by reviewing your current Google Maps visibility, website, competitors, reviews, listings, and real service area. From there, we improve your Google Business Profile, local website content, business information, reputation strategy, and supporting local authority, then use ranking and lead data to guide ongoing adjustments.

How long does Local SEO take?

Some profile and website improvements can appear within weeks, while competitive local rankings usually require steady work over several months. A campaign may work toward top-three visibility within an agreed timeline, including a 90-day target when stated in your proposal or service agreement. Your starting position, competition, location, website health, and proximity to each searcher all affect timing.

Do you guarantee a top-three Google Maps ranking?

No agency controls Google, and rankings can fluctuate. A specific ranking guarantee applies only when it is expressly included in your written service agreement. Otherwise, the top three is the campaign goal, and we report the work, visibility changes, calls, forms, bookings, and lead quality wherever the available data allows.

What access do you need?

For Local SEO, we generally need authorized access to your Google Business Profile, website, analytics, and other tools included in the agreed scope. We provide instructions for granting access securely. You should not send passwords through the call-booking form.

Will you make changes without telling me?

We handle routine optimization and maintenance included in your service and use reasonable efforts to notify you before major changes to client-owned websites, advertising accounts, Google Business Profiles, or other important business assets.

Can a service-area business rank without showing a home address?

Yes. Eligible service-area businesses can hide an address customers do not visit and list the cities or areas they genuinely serve. We build visibility around accurate business information, legitimate service coverage, useful local content, reviews, and a strong website. We do not recommend fake locations or virtual offices created only for rankings.

Is a new website required?

No. We can review your existing website and recommend whether focused updates or a new build would better support your local visibility and conversions. When a new site makes sense, we build its Local SEO foundation into the structure, content, performance, and Google Business Profile alignment from the start.

How do you measure Local SEO progress?

We use geographic rank tracking to understand how visibility changes across your market instead of relying on one search from one location. Depending on the tools and scope available, reporting can also connect rankings and website traffic with calls, forms, bookings, and lead-quality feedback so the work stays tied to useful business outcomes.

Is paid advertising part of Local SEO?

No. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization build organic visibility without charging for each click. Pay Per Click Advertising is a separate service that can include Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and paid social campaigns. Advertising spend is separate from our service or management fees unless your written agreement says otherwise.

What other marketing services do you offer?

Alongside our main Local SEO offer, we provide website design, Pay Per Click Advertising, social media marketing, and email and SMS marketing with CRM and lifecycle automation. Your proposal identifies the specific services, deliverables, pricing, and billing schedule included in your engagement.

Do you offer industry exclusivity?

A qualifying Local SEO engagement may include an agreement not to provide competing Local SEO services to another business in the same industry and target area while your engagement remains active. Any exclusivity arrangement must be confirmed in your service agreement.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve businesses across New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Bulverde, Canyon Lake, Blanco, Boerne, and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities.

What happens after I book a call?

We review your current Google Maps visibility, website, competitors, and the opportunities in your market. Then we explain the clearest next steps and the work we would prioritize. If you choose to move forward, your proposal or service agreement will confirm the scope, pricing, billing, access, and onboarding details.
